WHAT TO DO IF YOUR VEHICLE IS STOLEN

If your vehicle is stolen, immediately report the theft to your Insurance Provider by calling 01 800 00 49600. You MUST report all claims prior to leaving Mexico and crossing the border back into USA. Failure to file a claim prior to leaving Mexico will result in the DENIAL of your claim, the theft must also be reported to one of the Mexican authorities below.

Ministerio Público (District Attorney's Office)
Policía Federal Preventiva (PFP - Federal Police)
Seguridad Pública (Municipal police)

When You Return Home
